Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. This role will provide administrative support to leadership and teams, manage schedules, and serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Serve as the main contact for calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and logistics (including minutes as needed)
  • Support office operations, including supplies, vendors, and general admin tasks
  • Assist with special projects and team initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
